I broke my leg in three places just below the knee in May 2025, and had to have surgery to repair it. The result was eight internal pins, four external pins holding a steel rod so my leg couldn't move and a huge 7" scar. Not fun! I purchased Silagen, a silicone gel for scars, when I came home from the skilled nursing home. So, I've been using it for the last six months. The four external pin scars have almost disappeared completely and the the 7" leg scar is on its way out the door. About five inches of scarring from the lower leg up has dissappeared 90%. And, the other two inches that runs over my knee cap is 75% gone. I'm confident that all the scaring will be gone in the next couple of months. You will not be disappointed using this brand of scar gel. It is a little pricey, but well worth it and if you have scars that show you want this particular brand because it works. I am delighted with the results and looking forward to warmer weather when I can wear shorts again. Sorry this has been so long, but Silagen gel is wonderful and you need to know that.

This is probably the best moisturizer I’ve ever used, it is perfect for the winter as well. I am typically very dry and sensitive in the winter and this has been amazing on my skin. I could probably use a less of it for the summer and more human months. I will continue to use it through the summer to see how it works on my skin.

I've used Silagen for scar treatment after a lipoma Surgery and the scar is now barely visible. Most recently I've used this product on my healed breast incisions from surgery 3 months ago and the scars are fading and the tissue beneath the scars have loosened and become less firm! I would highly recommend this product!

I’ll preface by saying I’m an admitted skin care junkie. My first time trying this brand / product. Absolutely love it! The sprayer is pure perfection, fine controlled and even mist. I use this for glide and recovery when microneedling as well as in my every day skin care. It’s great for a quick refresh or morning “pick me up” and perfect for layering in skin flooding. Love it so much I immediately ordered two more. This is def staple / hg worthy. : )
