Having Trouble with the Airless Pump?
- If your EltaMD product isn’t dispensing, try these quick troubleshooting steps:
- Keep the cap on and turn the container upside down. Tap the bottom firmly 8–10 times to help move the product into the pump system.
- Turn the container upright again.
- Remove the cap and, with the nozzle pointed away from your face, press the pump several times until the product begins to dispense.
- Still not working? Repeat steps 1–3, tapping a little more firmly to create enough pressure for the pump to activate.
