Begin use once sutures are removed or when the wound has naturally closed. Apply a small amount to that affected area and gently massage. Do not use under silicone sheeting or strips (they will stick and an additional silicone product is not necessary). Allow to dry before applying sunscreen or other skin care products. For best results, apply twice daily for 8-12 weeks. Those prone to raised scarring may continue treatment up to six months.

I have cheapy “silicone” scar gels from other places and after opening and using this product, WOW. You can feel the quality difference.

Just started using, so I can’t say anything about king term results but the quality is great and it’s SO SOOTHING on the skin.

Scars are practically gone!

I had skin removal surgery after losing over 100 lbs. They had to remove 14 pounds of skin and do a tummy tuck. My incision was about 4 inches on my back on each side and all the way around the front. My plastic surgeon told me to use Silagen scar gel faithfully and I am stunned at the results! My scars are almost completely gone and actually are gone in some places. I'm now a little over a year out of surgery and it's hard to tell I ever had a surgery! Truly liquid gold and worth the price!

Love this stuff!!

I received a breast lift and couple months ago and I've been using this since the beginning. I apply it 2-3 times a day and it is so silky smooth!! My incision lines have already faded and flattened well, so I will continue to use it for the next year or so!!
